I ordered a claw clip and a headband from Emi Jay, and I was relieved when they showed up looking like they did online.

The pink was the same soft shade from the photos, not randomly neon or washed out, and the brown was really close too. I’m always a little wary with stuff like this because if something is off, I don’t really trust customer service to make it easy to fix.

Luckily, I didn’t have to deal with any of that this time. The colors matched what I already own, and I’d probably order again since what I picked was basically what arrived.

I do like the products and all that, but using the site wasn’t super smooth for me. Some pages took a bit to load, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic stuff.

Checkout did work in the end, so it wasn’t a total problem or anything, but on my phone it felt kind of clunky. Not awful, just one of those things that ended up being more frustrating than I expected

These are really cute and I liked them at first, but the clip hinge got a little loose after a few weeks. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally disappointed, but I did expect it to last "a bit longer" for regular use

I picked up a couple of clips and a claw clip from emijay, i’m really happy with them. They’re not the cheapest clips out there, but you can definitely feel the difference in quality compared to random ones I’ve bought before. They hold my hair well, feel sturdy, and still look cute even after using them a bunch. I’d trust buying from them again.

The colors and photos make everything easy to look through without feeling boring. I was mostly checking out the clips and accessories, and they have that cute, simple style I was hoping for. Everything feels really put together without being too fancy or overdone. I also liked that the support tone felt friendly, kind of like, “no worries, we can help with that,” which made the experience feel more personal. 5 stars from me.

The stuff I ordered was really cute, but the return/exchange process was a bit annoying. It took longer than I figured to hear back, and the instructions were kind of unclear. I ended up having to follow up just to figure out what was going on. For the price, I just expected the whole thing to be a little smoother. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was sure I was going to keep it

It looked really cute when it arrived, but the box was a bit bent, which was kind of a letdown. To be fair, nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just expected the whole thing to feel a little nicer for the price.

The person I spoke with was friendly and the issue was eventually resolved, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just felt like the process could have been a bit quicker and smoother.

I have thick, wavy hair, so I’m basically used to hair clips giving up on me immediately. Most of them either yank at my hair like I did something wrong or slide out within an hour, which is so annoying. But the Emi Jay ones actually stayed in and didn’t feel painfully tight. I even tried them on my sister, who has fine, straight hair, and somehow they worked for her too. i’m just relieved to finally find clips that don’t make my hair feel like a lost cause.
